Open Positions
Build and lead Den's India market — from the first client to an eight-figure business.
As Country Director, you will be Den's most senior leader on the ground in India. You own client acquisition, team leadership, P&L, and brand positioning across Northern India. You report directly to the Founder & CEO in Vancouver.
Requirements: 10+ years in business development, luxury services, or high-ticket sales | Existing HNI network in Delhi NCR, Punjab, or Chandigarh | Proven track record closing ₹10L+ per client | P&L management experience | Fluent English and Hindi
Compensation: Fixed salary according to the experience plus bonus
Build and lead Den's protective operations across Northern India to international standards.
The HOSO oversees all security operations in India — recruiting and training Protection Officers, ensuring PSARA compliance, managing deployments, and building Den's protective intelligence capability.
Requirements: 10–15 years in VIP/executive protection (NSG, SPG, CRPF VIP, or equivalent) | PSARA compliance experience across North Indian states | Training programme design and delivery | Excellent English — client-facing communication required
Compensation: Fixed salary according to the experience plus bonus
