Boota Sidhu is the Founder and CEO of Den Protection Group. Based in Vancouver, Canada, Boota built Den from a conviction that the world's most discerning clients — in Canada, India, and globally — deserved a protection service built to a standard that simply did not exist in the market.

With a background in international business development, immigration consulting, and high-stakes client advisory, Boota brings a rare combination of business acumen and relationship depth to the executive protection industry. His existing network across Canada and Northern India — built through years of work with high-net-worth families and business leaders — forms the foundation of Den's client relationships.

Boota leads Den's strategic direction, global partnerships, and client acquisition. He is personally involved in the onboarding of every new client relationship, ensuring that Den's standard of discretion and care begins from the very first conversation.

The Standard

Our Protection Officers

Den does not hire security guards. We recruit Protection Officers — professionals who have distinguished themselves in military service, law enforcement, or specialist close protection roles, and who possess the discipline, discretion, and personal calibre to operate inside the lives of our clients.

Every Den Protection Officer undergoes our in-house training programme before deployment, covering:

  • International close protection fundamentals and protective formations
  • Advance work — venue surveys, route planning, threat identification
  • Luxury lifestyle etiquette and high-society discretion
  • Defensive and evasive driving techniques
  • Trauma first aid and emergency medical response
  • Secure communications and digital operational security

Our officers are multilingual — serving clients in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and other languages relevant to our operating markets. They are certified to the security standards required in each jurisdiction in which Den operates, and recertify annually.

We do not share the identities of our operational officers publicly. This is a deliberate operational security decision that protects both our clients and our team.
